However, when it comes to choosing between eating organically or naturally, we are not all clear on which one is better. Here is some information which may help to explain the differences.
The main thing to bear in mind when debating organic or natural, is that organic food has legal obligations, whereas anything labelled as organic must abide by some very strict guidelines.
Natural food has no such legal requirements, as of yet, although steps are being taken to rectify this.
